Riverstone Salon and Wellness Center is proud to support our community & charitable organizations. Donations are per individual staff availability. All donation requests are given consideration, however, we cannot guarantee all requests. All donated services are subject to a one year expiration from date of issue.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
Riverstone Salon Stylist value all our customers and dedicate time to each appointment. We kindly ask if a client needs to cancel or change an appointment they call the salon at least 48 hours prior.

Due to rising costs, a credit card will now be required to book all appointments.

No advance charges will be made to the credit card if you keep your appointment
Charges will be made to the card if:

No Show an appointment – your card will be charged 100% of the planned service

If you cancel an appointment inside of 24 hours – your card will be charged 50% of the planned service
-
10 minutes late to an appointment reserves our right to cancel the appointment.
